![]() Kent D. with four winners today makes it 43-43 with the corn man.
Should be an interesting day tomorrow. Last edited by fpsoxfan : 09-03-2007 at 09:42 AM. |

![]() Interesting that last year, the west coast jockeys couldnt possibly compete in the tough New York jockey colony and now Kent D is going to finish at very worst a clear second after Gomez came close to winning it last year. Impressive.
I wonder if people on here still think either of those guys can't ride? |

![]() most importantly, if NYRA keeps the franchise, they are in a race to be a bobblehead!

All the critics were saying he would be a mid-pack jock, a 10% jock, a face in the crowd, he was a has-been, couldn't cut it on the West coast any longer so he had to make a move, and so on and so on. Eric |

![]() If Cornelio were still riding first call for Mott instead of Kent, he'd be 15 clear going into today. He's had an outstanding meet and I hope he gets the title. He deserves the hell out of it.

I remember more Gomez bashing on this particular site although i think most of the people who would bash him are no longer here. Ateam- To the point of Cornelio being 15 clear, remember, he is picking up many mounts from barns that were using kent as well. I think either guy deserves it. Both excellent, versatile riders. |
