![]() Race 1: 8.5F claiming turfer (30K)
Race 2: 5.5F 2YO maidens Race 3: "old guy special" allowance that draws 5 Race 4: 5.5F 2YO maidens Race 5: 5.5F 2YO maidens Race 6: 5.5F 2YO maidens Race 7: 8.5 claiming turfer (50k) Race 8: Steeplechase Race 9: 5.5F 2YO maidens (turf) Are they running out of horses to fill races??? This is a completely unbettable card, and I NEVER say that about the Spa.

![]() They are running out of horses. They have run ALOT of races, many with full fields and at this time in the meet, more empty vans are arriving and leaving full than vice versa.

![]() My father-in-law's horse is running in the first, Pouf Positve. The fields are big, like playing roulette. The jump race is a G1.

![]() Here's what I see. The 2nd race is for $100,000 unrestricted claimers for 2 yr old maiden fillies. $100k ain't hay.
Race 3 features Hesanoldsalt and the revered Evening Attire. Race 4 has 8 2 yr old maiden fillies in an open allowance. Race 5 is a full field of NY bred maiden 2 yr old fillies for $50k tags. Race 6 is a full field for open allowance 2 yr old MSW fillies. Race 7 is a full field of open $60k claimers. Race 8 is a Grade 1 Steeplechase featuring 2 mares. Race 9 is a full field of 2 yr old NY bred fillies. The card is unusual, I agree. But I feel it is a good card. |

I agree....and I'm hoping that rain does not affect the surfaces...There are three Mdns that I'm expecting to run well. |

![]() to many two year old races to mess around with. no surprise, the older dirt claimer does not run much on the nyra circuit anymore.
