I know there are several tracks that have 3 different racing ovals,All in NY I think. Maybe more. The question is, which track will be the first to install 3 ovals with a dirt , turf and for the third an artificial surface?

Woodbine has a Polytrack main, turf and inner dirt (used for harness). Last year, they redid the poly during their meet and ran for several weeks on the inner. So, it's been done.

As an aside, the Woodbine inner dirt used to be their inner turf track and was the site of Secretariat's final race.

Saratoga though I don't think Sheik & Co. have any plans to hold live racing on their private poly.

There is a 7f training track near the Spa with PolyTrack. It's owned by Jeffrey Tucker
