Saratoga 2007
Hope I'm not posting this twice. Tried previously - maybe I wasn't appropriately signed in.
I digress... It may seem a bit early to be talking about Saratoga - that place is an ice box right now. Love the place, but not in the Winter. BRRRRrrrrr! Sent in reservations for season seat tickets to NYRA in November. Based upon past performance, I really didn't expect receipt of them until mid-July. Some people were even predicting that I may lose my money completely given the present tenuous position of NYRA and those looking to take over. Wonder of wonders - we received our season tickets two days ago, and I got the very seats I asked for. That's outstanding. That first weekend is great - Whitney on Saturday and the Jim Dandy on Sunday. I know I'm wishing my life away, but I can't wait.

Thoughts from the Asylum
Once again I arrived in Saratoga for the opening day picnic, and once again I was removed by security. All is well, however, as I have entered a psychiatric facility just up the road, Four Winds Hospital:
