Hell yeah. On my way to Del Mar right now, approximately 2:38 minutes away.

You going to be at the track, Sooner? I'll buy you a beer if you are...

Heard some of nastiest thunder I've ever heard this morning. The horses must've been flippin'.

Without a doubt one of the worst days i've ever had in 25 years on the road. The L.I.E,the clearview, and cross island expwy all closed at one point during the day.No subway service in many locations. The Long Island railroad suspended service on the line my wife takes.Saw on the news the water level at the Bayside LIRR station almost up to the platform.Glad the day is over.

Looks like the weather should hold off til after the card today, would guess they're a go, but would have to imagine there is no way that they're on the turf...

So you sent the rain up to Connecticut today. (Tornado sighted in town next to mine). I fully expected to hear that the last couple of races at Belmont had been canceled, but no... you missed a big one today.
