Toga - Triple Crown Motel For Sale

OK, OK, I'm Saratoga dreamin again...

This place is up for sale in Ballston Lake (10 miles down Rt 50 from Track). Triple Crown Motel - 9 unit motel, currently listed for $330K. www.saratoga.org/triplecrown/

My brother lives near Ballston Lake and it is a pretty cool place with public dock and nice bar resteraunt on lake (Good Times Resteraunt).

Given all the new hotels being built in Saratoga and surrounding, I'm thinking this may be a tough sell and pretty poor business model.

On the other hand, might be perfect for the right group of people if price was right. Could probably rent excess for track season to cover taxes and maintenance.

Anyone ever stay there?
