I saw the Trackside Grill at Saratoga is up for sale. They mention parking lot, but not sure if that is included in purchase price..

Have to sell a lot of burgers to recoup that investment... Still pretty cool.

what a deal, no space for $695,000....can't even demolish it and build a carousel. i think there's a private barn down the street, maybe 6 stalls going for a cool mil.

It's not the restaurant that is valuable, it is the property, and I suppose that it is zoned for commercial use may increase that. I don't know how big the lot is but property is extremely valuable in that area.
