there is a bahama breeze out at watterson expwy and shelbyville rd. There's also and Fox and Hound (I think that's what it's called) that's great if you want to watch sports while you eat.

I like some of the restaurants on Bardstown.... ever had ditto's? It's pretty good, and cheap.

For an absolutely unreal, as in I can't believe they gave me this much freaking food, food experience you might want to check out Genny's Diner....it's a louisville legend. The Sweet Daddy!! And frickled pickle chips!!!

Spydee..

Lots of very good places on Bardstown Rd... Best being JACK FRYE'S...

Downtown, I like PROOF...

Make sure to come to WAGNER'S PHARMACY (Xcross from Downs backside at 4th and Central) for breakfast or lunch... Everyone is there...

Oh, and also Twig and Leaf on Bardstown is a true "diner" experience.

A good website is Robin Garr's Louisville Restaurant Reviews at www.louisvillehotbytes.com

Good Luck. We'll be getting in town tonight around 7:30 or 8 I think....may have to hit up the white castle at the corner of 7th and Berry. It holds a special place in my heart.... i'm serious. hahahahahahaha

Try Cheddars on Westport Road--cheap and very good. PF Changs on Shelbyville, Bahama Breeze off of Shelbyville, Chilis off of Hurstbourne, Austins off of Brownsboro if you want a delicious Kentucky Hot Brown, Gennys Dinner or Cliftons Pizza off of Frankfort, for the best breakfast and the best atmosphere in all of Louisville try Lynns Paradise Cafe.

There's a Texas Roadhouse off of I-65 that is in that Outback mold- casual steakhouse. Somewhere in the Exit 220 range off the interstate.. My crew will be there Saturday night.

Texas Roadhouse right off Outer Loop exit. Next exit north of that will be Fern valley road, which has Outback Steakhouse.

Also further east of Tex RH will be Buckheads, Applebee's, O'Charley's. If you are 10 miles south of CD, these should be pretty close. Just Google the resaurant you want and put Louisville ky in there and you should get a map to them.
