Default Evening Attire

Nice to see the old 9 year old warrior win the Stymie today in impressive fashion! Impressive to see him run away like that even though it was a minor stakes race. Paid close to $20......

He has been one favorite horses. It's great to see him
in the winners circle again. Give credit to Pat Kelly to
getting him in great form again and to keeping him
sound for 7 years of racing.

Fine win indeed. A great warrior, he is. They don't come any better, or try any harder.

My hero, Evening Attire. Now if there were only a few more races at his best distance on dirt (10f+).

I was so happy for him and Kelly. Wish I had a piece of it, but he broke well for a change and that was a terrific ride.

With all the hoopla at Gulf and Santa Anita I missed this.

Just went back and watched the replay. Fantastic.

It looks to me like the horse has responded well to Espinoza and that they suit each other well. He was real patient on him and didn't ask him for much until late.

What a nice thing to see.

He seems to a favorite of many people...certainly one of mine. Sometimes he doesn't break well, but he always seems to come running. Big congratulations to the Grants and Kellys.
