Default Derby winner

Ihave no strong feelings towards forcasting the winner. Im sure none of you really care because my early pick last year was Bluegrass Cat. The thing Im wondering is oppinion, where will the winner come from? Always a lot of different opinion and and preferances expressed and most have a good basis. My opinion The SoCal bunch is far deeper in quality this year.None blew my doors off in the Risen Star even with a SoCal horse winning, The incident comming out of the turn realy gave a few good excuses and Notionals win flattered some that have beaten him more than offering encouragement for him. The Fla and Oaklawn bunch need to move forward to chalange most of the So Cal bunch

Right now, I think NBLS is very promising but what fun is that. I am interested in Liquidity. I thin he is coming around nicely and might be set to peak on Derby Day.

A horse I am anxiously awaiting is CP West but I fear its getting late for him to make the derby.

Forefathers is interesting after his effort in the Swale, but of course need to see how he will adjust to two turns. A son of Gone West he might be reaching his max at mile and an eighth

I thought any number of horses could have stepped up with an impressive performance in the 1 mile allowance race at GP yesterday, but Came to Pass, Sightseeing and Chelokee all failed to make a statement.

Right now, I think Nobizlikeshowbiz is a very worthly favorite (3 months away of course) but I'm excited to see the maturation of 2 california horses in particular: Exhale, who I hope runs in the Bob Lewis stakes in 3 weeks, and Les Grand Trois, who should show up in an allowance race in the next 3 weeks.
