![]() There was big money behind this. I wouldn't be surprised to see the whole deal legalized and licenses being granted to a select few. What it really comes down to is lining the pockets of politicians. That's too much money for these guys to leave on the table.
Now the return of rebates? Dream on. |

Anyone who is savvy enough to have been using Pinnacle only needs to be a wee bit savvier to realize that 5Dimes's 10% payoff bonus is a better deal on win bets and exotics than a 7% rebate. I'll miss Pinnacle's futures and matchups much more than the 7%. But it's not the end of the world. --Dunbar

![]() I think something else (a new shop catering to more than just whales) will pop up and basically take the place of Pinnacle. I don't think rebates are going away. Too many big bettors would just walk away from the game if they did.
