I play on Derby Wars and really enjoy the site.
Plenty of tournaments for all entry fees. They have tournaments with large fields or you can play in 3 player to 5 player or heads up. Many different types of tournaments (Bullet, Show Survivor, Lockdown) and a wide variety of tracks.
