Looks like it might be pretty tough for her to get rides with this group there.

She's not the only one who's going to be spending alot of time in the jocks room.

Nakatini is doing so well here, he keeps on getting the best mounts and he absolutely rides circles around some of the clowns here. We'll see, I guess the move is because Assmussen promised him mounts.

I'll be surprised if he wins 6 races.

He will be the clown at Saratoga in this colony. I'm with Nick on this one.

I cant envision a FEW of those names in a Toga race outside of a maiden claimer, not just Studart.

As I said before, I'm interested to see what kind of mounts Curatolo will get. Waters get way deeper than Belmont spring.

Don't worry there will be plenty of those to go around I'm sure. Overall a very deep room. Some solid jocks won't crack the top ten here.

There are two listed there who's last names end with X.

Why do jockeys with last names ending in X suck?

I don't disagree, I was questioning why he is leaving for there.

I understand, it is a bizzare decision. I can already envision myself steaming after one of his horrid rides which costs me a fortune. He drives me nuts, he hurts me way more often than he helps.

After the first two weeks, there will probably be some defections.......................can't make money sitting on the bench.

Agreed.

When is set to return anyway? They said 6 weeks after he got hurt which would put him into August at the earliest.

This jockey colony is very similar to the one at Gulfstream every year with the exception of some of the top riders from Monmouth, Delaware, and Woodbine that winter in South Florida.

Scavs, I agree and thought Nak would be a nice fit at AP for years to come. They just wrote an article on him in the Sun Times where he stated that he wanted to get an Arlington Million mount and how much he liked it in Chicago.
