Lost my mother-in-law overnight.......
It's with deep sadness that I must report the death overnight of my Mother-in-law Joan Durbec at age 64.
 Unlike alot of relationships between son-in-law's/mother-in-law we were close. We shared most of all a love of sports, and shared alot of favorite teams in common. Penn State and our beloved Chicago Cubs being two examples. I could always talk to her about sports, and also she supported my interest in Horse Racing, though she wasn't really a fan of the sport. She was always there to give me a high five after a score, and we shared alot of smiles and laughs. I will miss her very, very much. Keep us in your prayers everyone. Thank you. RIP

My deepest condolences to you and your family! Seems like MIL's are always
getting a bad rap. we are the fortunate ones who've had good relations with mother-in-laws. It's tough to lose a friend,too. RIP Last edited by timmgirvan : 03-09-2010 at 06:15 PM.

so sorry to hear that you and your family suffered this loss. it sounds like you were very close to your mother in law, which is something to be proud of-i envy you for that. hopefully you and your wife and everyone will soon be able to look back on your memories with more pleasure, and less pain. take care, deb
