my winner gets taken down

at Turfway race 1

the 4 was never ever going to finish in the money and they take down my horse for crowding into the first turn. I can only figure some one had place money on the 3/2 shot
wtf

I bet if the 3/2 shot did anything short of knocking a horse into the infield they wouldn't even look at it
