Thrown at the wire in Race 3. Off in Race 4. Anyone have a status on horse and rider?

Litfin said he is supposed to be back on in the 7th in his blog. The horse apparently overheated but seems ok after being hosed off.

Might be a sign that the Rice that Andy hates is actually ok.
