Magna 5

I have been unable to find out what became of this last weekend's Magna 5 when they canceled the Gulfstream races. What if you were live after the first two legs?

Oh -- You are right - that's what happened. Gulf canceled after the 6th race at 3:49. The first leg of the P5 was Laurel 10th which didn't go until 4:42.

It was carded as a pick 3 according to the Gulfstream track announcer.

I thought they might do that as well, but it was indeed cancelled. Aqueduct was reporting it would be a PK3 scenerio as well, but that was incorrect.

I'm sure the biggest reason was that there was no way they could reach the $500,000 minimum on a pick 3. Magna certainly doesn't need to lose any more money.
