Angry Youbet.com & NYRA

I was just greeted with an email notice from Youbet that NY residents will not be able to get live video from NYRA tracks until further notice. Should have kept Dish Network.

i tell you, these companies today really understand the concept of customer service. much better than the old days.

and yes, you should have kept dish!

I doubt it's the companies' fault - more likely the continued incompetence of the NYS Racing and Wagering Board. Yet one more example why we don't need the state getting more involved in racing operations.
