Capital OTB will be accepting the bet as of Sunday, for those who care.

........yeah, you gotta love someone who has $2.10 on a voucher who has set up camp at the machine playing 48 df. .10 supers

No idea about Ellis other than that it was not a money making proposition as the takeout was less than what Capital paid for the signal. It was a great opportunity for the player but it was a losing proposition for the track itself. Ellis hoped to drive up handle on it's entire card by getting bettors to handicap those 4 races. Alot of money came in on the P4 but handle overall was down. Same for Laurel this summer. Of course it's tough to get the big money away from Saratoga or Del Mar so both EP and Laurel were swimming upstream.

I love the .10 Supers, glad to hear they will be available...now if they ever get .10 WPS, my mother would never leave the track.
