but like a thought that just occurred to me, knowing that some criticized the timing of the start of this suspension...this is just another example of racing not taking things quite as seriously as they probably should. what i'm thinking about are the rules regarding jock suspensions. they get days for riding infractions, but they can petition not to have those days run consecutively, and to not have larger races included in the ban. kind of defeats the purpose of giving a suspension, it's supposed to be painful!

He needs a vacation anyhow. Maybe in his absence some of the other trainers can win a few races.
