heh, there's way too much conjecture at this time
I have some tight sources at UA and either they don't know or won't say
so if they have someone already, they were sworn to secrecy
but I think Moore and the trustees are keeping this thing pretty hush-hush
however...the best source who will tell me anything says
it will be WV's Rich Rodriquez after WV plays Rutgers this weekend

That seems like a gig that Spurrier would want.
The guy wants to be idolized, and he will never accomplish that in South Carolina.
AT Bama, shoot yes.

I HIGHLY doubt it will be Spurrier...

Next season will be his first real season with his recruits and only his 3rd year at SC. The Game****s should do just fine next season...

I also heard that Coker was mentioned... LMAO!

I think a lot of people are underestimating the Tide program and what it can accomplish with a quality coach at the helm, see 1993 Sugar Bowl
we still get recruits who could choose any team in the nation
this hire will be a smart hire, and they won't let Mal do it on his own
like the last time out, in fact, there is talk of replacing him with Ozzie Newsome as AD
but Coker, nah, Spurrier, doubtful, like I said there's a lot of conjecture going on with fans and media, but in the end, they'll bring in someone who WILL
lead the Tide back to national prominence

just an FYI...
Rivals has Bama's 2007 recruiting class listed as #14, S. Carolina is at #26
last year, Bama's class was ranked #11 nationally, S. Carolina? #24

shula was not CMM pick. shula was the pick of the president of the university.
CMM wanted richard williamson DB coach of the carolina panthers.
