Default Saratoga opener Friday

Trying to decide if I should make the four hour drive from central NJ. Weather looks good. Traffic coming home will be bad.

I'll be going back twice in August, but not sure if I can pass this up especially since I have the day off. Anyone have an extra grandstand or clubhouse seat they're looking to unload?

I've never had a problem getting a seat even on the busiest days.

Oh sure, just figured if anyone has an extra I'd help out by taking it off their hands. Might help me make up my mind.

Go for it. i have 4 hours myself. Back during the snows of winter, we all dream of opening day at the Spa.

I'm hopping on the Amtrak. The projected weather seals it for me.

Only 4 hours away with a projected forecast of sunny and 80?

Don't get many opening days with that kind of weather.

Compelling arguments! Eff it; I'm going! Shore traffic on the way home be damned!

Going to Saratoga wins this debate in a hand ride... every time!
