We move on to face the A's.

This team has been a lot of fun to watch. Nice mix of veteran and young players. Reminds me a lot of the Marlins a few years ago. And Pudge Rodriguez is everything you could want in a team leader as well as still being the sport's best defensive catcher.

Onward we go.

I missed this final game today.As I told Oracle,the Yanks didn't have the pitching for the post(regardless of their own hitting slump, or whatever happened to their offense.)The Tigers got 13 hits in a must game for the Yanks.Mediocre pitching doesn't work in the post.

Well, the cop wasn't complaining...I think they will let that slide! That was one of those special moments...when the players came back to the field and sprayed the fans, great great atmosphere! I'm very happy for Detroit fans everywhere...they've been through the bad times, this could be their year!!

Just heard a stat...the Yankees have spent $978 MILLION on payroll since they have last won a Worlds Series.

Especially if the Tigers make it past the A's (which I don't think they will... I predict A's in 6...)- So youmthink the Tigers will say to anyone on the Twins- Take your division title, we made it to the World Series lol?

This whole A.L. playoffs has been turned upside down hehe. Props to both teams in the ALCS. I don't have to be happy about it ebing a Twins fan- But give credit where it's due. Both teams deserve to be where they are.
