TVG offering guaranteed 4/1 on California Chrome

Only if you bet at a certain time tomorrow.

This didn't work out so well for bettors when they did something similar for Game On Dude in the San Antonio. Seems strange. Then again, maybe TVG will not lose much since they're only offering this for a one hour period?
