2/9: Gulfstream (7th-12th)
After some arduous efforts at Gulfstream earlier, put some things together late in the day at Santa Anita to get out. Late P4 ($110) and 5/6 conso ($160) came our way, but it was 20-1 value player Si Sage that boosted the afternoon best as the sandwich cream with the obvious faves in the $375 San Marcos triple. Hope everyone did OK. Sunday bigger than usual with Jockey Club Tour on Fox kicking off with the Donn and an $83k P6 carryover at Aqueduct.
GULFSTREAM PARK POST-SCRATCHES 7th: MSW, F&M-+, 6f (Rainbow 6, P3, DD) Race for older MDN fillies & mares wouldn't be notable except that Pat Byrne unveils 4yo Successful Luck, the half sister of Blind Luck, for the Sandfords. Working well too..
