An overzealous incident largely forgotten... Baeza is right in his animus towards Spitzer in this. What was done to him and Sclafani in that pathetic 'scale-gate' was awful.

![]() There is nothing quite like arresting and prosecuting innocent people to create press and get your name out there. The press only cares about the arrest and the arraignment in the majority of cases and then never reports when people are found innocent later on.
Spitzer doesn't care that he ruined an innocent person's life, he only cared about getting his name out there on his way to the top, before the real man sank him back to the bottom. Let's hope that our fellow New Yorker's reject his attempt to become relevant again. It is scary to think that I don't have confidence that New Yorker's will do the right thing with this creep. |

![]() Loved chatting up Braulio when Janice was based at Philly Park. He was gracious to me and my daughter, loved talking about the 60's and 70's. Keen insight and great stories.
Class act. Never knew that with all the great horses he rode, Chateugay, Dr. Fager, Ack Ack, Arts and Letters, Wajima, Key to the Mint Buckpasser, Damascus etc. that Graustark was his favorite and, in his opinion the best horse he ever rode.
