Future Derby Angle

Last time Rosie had a mount in the Derby she finished 9th.
This time she finished 5th.
So if she moves up the same number of places next time, she wins, right?

(Now watch, it'll actually happen like that, but I won't have the horse because OF COURSE I WON'T)
