Default Its official- Its over!

Congratulations to Europe. They kicked our butts, no surprise to anyone. Very well done, especially Darren Clarke, Sergio and Monty. Very hard to beat these guys when their country's honor is at stake and not a million dollars.

Easy to beat Sergio when he does not have a partner....

Big congrats to the Euro team....they were clearly the better team this week. They deserved to win. Very happy for those guys.

Very touching for Darren Clarke as well....clearly one of the great gentlemen in the game of golf.

Gander - Question?

You kept saying that DiMarco had a chip on his shoulder.

You know what that was about?

Johnny Millers comments during the comercial break, but they still have the live feed into the US locker room, heard about it while watching live the Ryder cup last night on the golf channel

Crownland- Hes always had that chip I speak of, and its only my opinion. I think hes an arrogant bullying jerk. I am very aware of the recent loss of his mom and I can sympathize with anybody who loses a special loved one.

Chips...
In golf, you hit the little white ball with an iron (not the kind you iron with),
then say bad words.
In horse racing, when your horse comes out of a race and the x-rays show 'em, more bad words.
In football, when ya run out of 'em cause the "friends" you invited over ate them all and there's still plenty of salsa, more bad words.

btw...sorry about the guy's mom.

No I was wondering w/o regard to opinion, what DiMarco's problem had to be about?

I don't have any interaction with any players whatsoever except for what anyone has told me (Especially what Kev and some clients have told me about my boy Davis Love III)

The only person I know on tour is Jeff Overton, and former player Bryan Tennyson and former LPGA player Lori Garbacz

I have no idea Crownland. I dont know the man nor do I care to know the man. Nor does anybody on this board know any of these guys. So I could be way off base. I feel the same way about Phil Mickelson.

You have to admire Darren Clarke. What a total gentleman, as are most of the Euro guys. Total team, total class, always looking out for one another. Padraig Harrington was 0-4 this weekend yet as delighted as any of the guys who went 4-0! What a team!

Oh, I hear you on Phil, not surprising.

DiMarco not sure. What I saw from the British Open there was a lot of respect there. I remember an interview with Tiger after the victory, he gave DiMarco major props for the way he played.

Tiger gives everybody props, even that jerk Mickelson. Its just the way Tiger is. He was obviously brought up by 2 genuine human beings and it shows in his character. Hes got class from head to toe and is truly my favorite professional athlete.

Garbacz was quite a character. I don't get much from her. Having too much fun with her Tropical locations. BEATS SOUTH BEND!

Same thing, different year. The big difference this year was that Europe actually had better players top to bottom than the US where as before the US was deeper but lost anyway. Woods and Furyk were very good in my opinion. They went 2-2 together and the one loss on Friday they played very well. They were very good in singles as well. Furyk just ran into a buzz saw in Casey, the hottest player in the world right now, who blitzed the world match play last week and continued it this week. Henry, Cink and Verplank played well...Johnson/Campbell had good moments...

DiMarco, MIckelson, Toms, Wetterich, Taylor were absolutely brutal.

When 7 of the 12 players do not win any matches, you're hurting.

Woods/Furyk/Johnson/Verplank/Cink won matches...the rest...nada!!

It's predictable and now pretty much expected in this competition what happened today.

Its not that predictable. Oracle said our single guys would crush the Euros on Sunday. There were a lot of people that thought we stood a good chance. I heard Corey Nakatani is a great golfer, maybe they should consider him for the team in 2 years.

You'd be a great addition Kev, you have heart.
But could you stand to take a week away from the OTB?
