What's going on there? Horse flips and there is an equine ambulance called to the scene, but they aren't taking anymore bets even though the race hasn't gone off yet.

Who knows... they are my local track, and all of their advertising goes to "Parx Casino" about being "just like Vegas"

It's like they are EMBARRASSED to have a TRACK...

Doesn't make me feel confident about their future in racing or for my area of the country (PA)
