DRF PP's on Android Operating System

I am looking to see if anyone has had success with being able to go onto DRF and pull up past performances from the web. I cannot do it on my phone and I am told that it probably isnt likely on a Android tablet either. I am in the market for a tablet and know the Ipad works but was looking to purchase something less expensive with wifi. I am looking for input on wireless devices that people are using other than the Ipad or Iphone. Thanks
