I have friends that live "up that way" in Havre de Grace. It's a cool little town to visit. Just off 95 in north MD.

The correct pronunciation, according to locals is:

Have-eR-Dee-Grace. (Grace as in a girls name)

Thought this might be helpful for some who still fuss over the pronunciation.
