Weaver might have himself a nice three-year-old with this son of Malibu Moon. Broke dead last today, rushed up and got checked behind a slow pace, rallied again and circled the field on the turn and cruised home while on the wrong lead over a decent field of maidens.

He looked really good.

Captain obvious I know, but Pletcher's 2 year old, Finale ran really well the race before and jogs if he breaks with the field.

Yep, and Wesley Ward's two-year-olds continue to disappoint. Other than Everyday Dave, it's been a pretty lousy spring for his babies.
