Default Saratoga Restaurants

Heading up to Saratoga next week for a work conference. Any recommendations for good dining? Looking for a steakhouse.
Haven't had much luck w dining during race season, but I usually stay in town. Any help would be much appreciated.

I agree that Prime is the top choice, but my other reccommendation would be Sperry's. New chef recently there with excellent credentials.

If you want to pay $15 for a plate of green beans as an appetizer, ask Byk the name of the place he sent the group a few years ago.

Landed on Prime. Thanks for the suggestions. Will have to wait to racing season to try the others. Thanks!

I would say Sperry's, Max Londons, and Beekman Street Bistro are the best places in town. However, I guess it depends on what you like to eat. Maestros is also very good.
