Enormous payout of $377k on Saratoga double carryover certainly was earned by the 4 successful tickets which included the Twin Spires Players' Pool group. Sequence proved as tricky as it seemed with only one favorite coming through (Peat Bay in the opening leg 5th) ahead of winners from all over the board at mutuels of $8.60, $10.60, $9.70, $21.40 and $16.80. None were utterly impossible, though 7-1 Slick Wheelie in the nightcap had been away an eternity which featured stem cell replacement therapy on an injury suspensory! My opinion wasn't close on the multis, but I managed one sizable hit in the P. G. Johnson where 'Best Value' second choice Fancy Point became a universal good thing bet down to 7-2, and zipped home in front of the other three tabs for a $700 tri abnd $2,800 super.
