He's no Rosario

Martin Garcia is ok but he's definitely not as good as Joel Rosario. This, of course, is an understatement.

It's not so much that Rosario is such a better overall jock but that Garcia just can't finish with him. As an example, compare Rosario's ride on First Queen (SA-02-03-10_R6) with Garcia's ride today (race 4). Joel is able to straighten her out and get her into a drive (in a slow paced race). Garcia can't get her out of neutral.
