well.........let him ride, innocent til proven guilty. what else can anyone here say? bettors can make up their own minds about him meanwhile.

I dont think they will let him ride. Usually states will uphold a suspension. But I agree, let him ride until guilty.

yeah, i think they have some kind of reciprocity agreement...which is crap. he shouldn't have to sit over there either!

I agree. What makes me mad is that horse racing all over the world take their sweet time investigating and then coming to a conclusion. Heck Asmussen is still waiting for word in New Mexico, Pletcher from New York and lord knows how many others.

If Arlington didn't let him ride the decision has already been made this is a last ditch effort for fallon to find a place to ride, but they must have some serious dirt on him
