He denied (on T.V.) something he admitted to 4 hours earlier (on T.V.) People who do that will not be able to keep from telling lie after lie. When they get caught answering with a lie, they :

1) Find a way to attack the messenger(for asking them the question,) or

2) Get into word games about what it was they really meant.

Then, they will quickly shift subjects. You'll see it's exactly what this sick fk did. He denied the groping. Larry reminds him that he said he did it. Then, Massa attacks the meaning of the word. Massa then shifts to the his opposition of health care(as an excuse for him getting pushed out.) Finally, he shifts to his poor health (says he left by his own choice.) He lies answering a question, then he shifts excuses, and lastly he creates a piece of outrageous fiction (Rahm shower scene.) That mind is busy, and it's certainly not interested in staying within the limits of reality, or truth. This sick fk reminds me of when they would interview John Wayne Gacy.
