As someone who plans to bet Pioneerof The Nile in the Derby, I've tried to convince myself that Gomez choosing Dunkirk is a good thing since it will help the odds on POTN. But I don't think I'm buying my own argument.

Look, I thought the Cash Call was going to end up being a key race. I hitched my wagon to the 4th-place finisher for about a week. Bad decision. But I was right about the race.
