Have to wonder what would have happened if GG would have taken him outside instead of trying to split horses.

He would have won easy just like Flower Alley. LOL. You are a piece of work. One favorite(Flower Alley) gets crushed by 10 lengths and you complain that he went wide. Then another favorite(Artie) gets crushed and you say that he should have gone wide. What are you smoking? Both of those horses ran lousy. The rides they got had nothing to do with their poor performances. If a horse has legitimate trouble, there is nothing wrong with complaining about the trip, but these horses didn't have any real trouble.

I took one look at Artie in the post parade and knew he had no shot. He looked terrible. In a situation like that when I know the 3-5 favorite has no chance, I would have normally bet a couple thousand on the race. But I've been on the cold side lately so I didn't bet as much. I bet $450 to win on Ashkal Way and $250 to win on Diamond Green. They ran 2nd and 3rd. I knew that Artie would do nothing and I still lost $700 on the race.
