Lil E Tee died
Maybe I missed a previous thread here, on the Lexington noon news they announced that Lil E Tee passed away last week.

My mom was the only person I knew who picked him that year and the only reason she did was she was a huge Pat Day fan. She was like 'oh Pat's on Lil E. Tee? That's my horse.' Now that he's retired, she goes for the greys.

Tee's year I was living in pre-internet and non-OTB South Carolina. I was a solid believer in the hype of Arazi, and the lack of pedigree for Lil E. Tee. Sorry to see Lil E. Tee pass. Age 20 seems too young for a Kentucky Derby Champion.
