Rather than try to help the sport, they decide to increase takeout to fund the racing commission. Since the STATE racing commission employs STATE employees why does the horse racing industry have to pay their salaries? I especially like how the proposed ADW tax will split the proceeds between the commission, KTDF and the states general fund. How is racing helped by taking money and putting it in the general fund? But they dont have time to talk about the slots issue which would raise more money in 3 days for these things without penalizing the fans and tracks. |

This would help though. This dirtbag would be a perfect fit in Washington. |
