Name the person/s associated with the following items or quotes:
1) "slots do not belong in racing," and that if they are approved for a Maryland track he owns he would not implement them. 2) ...he told reporters that he wants to revive Maryland horse racing without slot machines. 3) "Slots do not belong in thoroughbred racing," 4) He wants a slots license to open a stand alone casino in Anne Arundel County, Maryland - a place for only slot machines. 5) His casino's revenues would be used to support a new racetrack that he would build elsewhere in the state of Maryland to compete against Pimlico and Laurel 6) "Why don't we go after a license and use that money to rebuild the thoroughbred racing industry? I'm committed to putting all the money back into Maryland and the industry," 7) "These things (slots), they're cancer," 8) Indeed, in a fit of hyperbole, he said that he “would rather go to jail than implement” slots.
