Default Godolphin buys Point Encounter

well thats my prediction. I say about 3 million will do it for a home bred from a not so big time outfit.

no, but that would be nice.....and I would sell him in a heartbeat.

That was the most impressive 2yo maiden win in socal this year. I like the runner up as well but that horse is built like a sprinter where the winner more like a router (and a pedigree as well).

Word had been out about this colt. Tried to get a Derby Book price yesterday in Las Vegas via Rich Eng, and he was already bet down to 30-1 at Wynn... YESTERDAY! Before his first start.

He is the 2nd great looking Point Given colt that I've seen win at 1st asking in the past month. Pressure Point for Mike Maker being the other at CD on Nov 29th.
I was shocked at how bad Tevez the Tiger ran for E Harty. The most expensive Cuvee sold at auction in 2008.

what do you expect with E Harty, he is a players nightmare, his horses go in and out of form when they dont look like they should.

I know that it doesn't mean much to some people, but I wasn't a fan of seeing front wraps for his debut.

Giant Oak...Illinois bred....First Race on the Turf and won, then won on the Poly, back to the grass and finished behind Bittel Road then a great second on the dirt. Pretty diverse first four races surface wise. And a very good and relatively unknown trainer in Chris Block.

Correction : full sibling to the gsp mid west filly Apple Martini. They have a good family line through the reines de course Boat and Herodias. Giants Causeway has done well crossing with Crafty Prospector including sw filly Win Mccool .
