Default Happy Birthday ... Dixie !!!

Folks ... we are all blessed and honored to be alive at the same time as one of the planet's most gifted and brilliant observers of the thoroughbred scene ...

... a man who towers over mere mortals ... and has become a legend among legends ... our very own Dixie Porter.

None of us ... well actually none of you ... are worthy of his gaze or attention ... but you may make worthwhile your puny existences by raising your voices in unison to say ...

... Happy Birthday ... Dixie !!!

Happy Birthday to You too!

I'm going up to the OTB to get lit like a Christmas tree on the 4th of July today because I am now officially 21! I don't usually want to wish my life away, but I am so glad that I can legally drink now. What better way to spend your B-day than to get lit and have a great time playing the ponies? I think I am going to play the Spa. I hope the weather stays good up there, although it is dreadfully hot.

Make sure the fire insurance is paid. Anytime the candles cost more than the cake, it's best to light em up outdoors, away from cardboard boxes.

S h i t, they cancelled the card didn't they? I pretty much figured so. Oh well. I'll just have to settle with betting some of the other tracks. Sigh....

Happy Birthday too all.

I hear Dixie and Bold Brooklynite are spending the day celebrating at the early bird special and then hitting the old folks home to check out the new young 60yr olds.

LOL!
They'll both be passed out from hyperventilating when they try to blow out the inferno.
It takes a lot of energy to mist the refrigerator boxes...gather a couple of dozen fire extiguishers.
They'll both be way gone before the "walker" races start in the court yard at the "home". You go girls!!!

Lol, sorry to hear that. Ive got 1 1/2 years before I can legally booze. I think you should play Mountaineer tonight, take detailed notes, and then report back about track biases, hot trainer/jock combos, and such in preparation for Sunday's WV Derby

Kev you thought your back was hurting before go on and think you can handle a 21 year old, your old ass would be in the morgue before a month was over!!! hahaha and congrats my father had the same surgery and it is amazing how quickly your legs and back feel better just follow doctors orders and you will be swinging ( a golf club) in no time.

Dateline: Tehran, Iran

Boss-

I knew everyone in here could keep a secret. For those that dont know, Dixie is in the heart of Tehran right now gathering intel for the IAF. He is a covert operative disguised as a high end Rug salesman named Dixshad Portmenhi and he has to wear dark glasses to hide the steel blue eyes that are known the world over.

There are BIG things coming.

STAY TUNED
