Who is to blame here?

Weil , Prince or Rubin ?- why aren't these guys being held to task , they all collected hundreads of millions of dollars in compensation , why are they not
being hauled into Congress like the other Ceo's and leaders of other firms who were involved in this???

Prince testified before congress a few months ago.

what about rubin and weil - why can't the american taxpayer here from them as they were 2 of the most influential people at Citi over the last 10 yrs
