Default 3 Year Olds

Not sure even if you could hand pick your list of the top 6-8 three year olds and had them run against one another that you could call that a "strong field". Maybe a good, solid field but not a "strong field" that really excites you. I am probably just guilty of living in the past, but i agree that the Swaps does nothing to really excite me from a quality of horse standpoint...

The beginnings of a hairline fracture. It would be interesting to know how this was detected so that others might learn.

The 3 yr old crop are dropping like flies, with Big Brown looking more and more over the top. There isn't much out there, when J BE K a sprinter turns out to be the best and most consistent 3 yr old running of late, you know you have problems selling this 3 yr old crop.

Rumor has it, DOC called David Carroll early this morning and asked what insurance he had. That tipped him off.

Denis has clearly done enough this year, the rest of the year off is quite fitting.
