Default DELAWARE Race 5: 6-25-08

I really like #7 DAILY EXPRESS. I'm probably overlooking something but I think the horse is a complete standout in the field. Those races at Charleston that he is coming out of are very strong and last race out is a complete toss on the off track. Plus there is hardly any speed in the race so it looks like he completely control the pace.

Going to unload at around 4-1....

I'm going to bet a Not Bourbon-Ginger Brew cold exacta in the Queen's Plate. Figure to get back $32 and change on the $2 wager. I expect Not Bourbon to be forwardly placed and he should get first jump on the filly, who in my estimation will be the favorite at less than 2-1.

Cut the guy a break. Maybe he made a mistake and thought the race was later on, and he never got a chance to make the bet. Its not like he came on here post-race claiming he slammed it every which way. Abluth the Belmont though, what a shocker.

I submitted the post prior to the race. Hard to believe anyone would try to gain "virtual" credit for snuffing a horse after the race. Plain silly.
