![]() I spoke with Fabulous Strike's connections - they say he is doing quite well and they expect him to comeback to the races possibly as early as June.

![]() I doubt Benny and FS will ever hook up. If Benny's owners have any brains they will try a 1 turn mile. I would love to see him try the grass once, but they would never attempt that.
FS should be exciting if he picks up where he left off.

![]() I thought the punchline here would be something about a drug test.
Fabulous Strike? Nice. Forgot about him. Man the sprinting division sucks right now if Benny the Bull is this dominant a horse. |

![]() Is there a single IEAH horsey you don't love?
I'm going right now to Benny's Deli for an antipasto salad and two Pepperoni balls... |

![]() Fabulous Strike worked a bullet 5 furlongs in 58 and change at Penn National last Saturday and could return to the races in a statebred sprint stake at Presque Isle one week from today.

![]() Midnight Lute wouldn't have too much problem with Benny either, that is if Baffert ever actually entered him in a race.
I don't think he's worked out though since March. |

![]() Even with the death of likely division champion Eight Belles - I happen to think the 3-year-old filly division is very deep.
There is a lot of real talent starting to come to the surface... |

![]() Puskita and her low debut BSF of 96 for starters. That is a filly to be excited about.
Her and the rest of the Indian Charlie fillies that have won recently. |

Even with the death of likely division champion Eight Belles maybe i am misunderstanding, but it seems to me like he is saying she is the likely division champ i am not taking anything away from her, but i just dont think she did enough. |

![]() Going undefeated through the season until a 2nd place finish in the Derby might be enough to carry her to a title.
You have to remember - even though the division appears loaded with up and coming types - that only means it will be harder for a single one to seperate themselves and dominate in the 2nd half of the season. Perhaps a Zaftig can - but we will see. Perhaps the deepest older male division I ever remember was the year Favorite Trick won the horse of the year title - he did so because he cleaned out a laughable 2yo division while the older males took turns beating each other with 120+ Beyers to the winner almost left and right. |
