![]() Here are the last of the pictures. She was so relaxed in the paddock, I think we were all lulled into thinking that she was saving all of her energy for the track.
I didn't get great race photos, much harder to do with turf, many obsacles in the way. Although the race outcome was a disappointment, it was a great day. I got to meet many new DTers. There is a picture of several DTers at the end. It was a great turnout and not everyone was around when I took my parting shot. According to Steve the turnout was only surpassed by the turnout for SWLY in Saratoga. I was relieved to see Leo's pictues after the race. KNS looked just fine, still frisky. Thanks for posting those! Many thanks to the Tampa hosts, Bigs and Co. Really enjoyed the friendly banter. Nick, did you "get serious" with Hungarian Gent? Of course, thanks go out to Chuck and Steve. Chuck, thanks for helping me set up a great horse get away. Everyone along the way was superb. The good guys gotta finish first sometime. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Socks and TC. They were pretty disappointed with the outcome. They work so hard to get these guys to the races. Soon we'll get our winners' photo. I hope everyone had a safe trip back. Great to meet everyone. Hope to see you all at the next race. http://www.kodakgallery.com/Slidesho...e&conn_speed=1 |
