Sealy Hill, Casse top Sovereign Awards

Mark Casse, quickly becoming one of the most important trainers in North America, and his outstanding 3yo filly Sealy Hill, were honored at the Canadian Sovereign Awards last night in T.O. Casse was named Trainer of the Year over Reade Baker and Terry Jordan, and Sealy Hill galloped off with Horse of the Year, 3yo filly and Turf Female honors... Eugene Melnyk, who has moved a majority of his runners to Casse, was Owner of the Year; Pat Husbands Jock of the Year and Adena Springs Breeder of the Year...

Here's hoping that we can have another great year in 2008 Steve. THis has just been an unbelieveable ride this year. Most of the horses are here at the farm enjoying a well deserved break. And I really think we have an outstanding bunch of yearlings.
